SCIFAX-I Menachipuram, SCIFAX-II TTR Tower and SCIFAX-III Thendral Nagar are presented with the same core facility framework. Most standard facilities are included in the applicable coworking package; optional, high-usage or specialist services may carry additional charges.
Entry control
100% QR-verified coworker entry policy
Every coworker must present an active Voffio QR pass before admission. Reception/security should verify the live result on the Voffio verification page. Manual admission without a valid pass is not part of the standard coworker-entry process.

Commercial 3-phase electricity supply supports day-to-day office operations. Temporary interruptions caused by the electricity board, maintenance or events outside Voffio control may occur.
5G Wi-Fi / high-speed internet
Business internet and 5G-capable Wi-Fi coverage are provided for ordinary professional use. Performance can vary by device, network load and upstream service availability.
Landline phone
Shared landline/business calling access is available where configured. Usage outside included allowances or special calling requirements may attract additional charges.
24x7 CCTV monitoring
Common and access areas are CCTV monitored for security, incident review and property protection. CCTV coverage does not extend into private toilet areas.
White work tables & push-back chairs
Modern white work tables and push-back office chairs are provided for desk users. Furniture allocation depends on the selected seat or team zone.
Security management
Entry control, visitor handling, incident escalation and QR-pass validation form part of the managed-access process. A valid QR pass is required for coworker admission.
Reception support
Reception can assist with authorised visitors, basic workspace guidance, QR verification and permitted deliveries during staffed hours.
Managers & workspace coordination
Workspace managers coordinate seat allocation, access, operating issues, customer support and day-to-day service administration.
Time & attendance management
QR entry records and administrative attendance controls help manage authorised access, seat usage and time-based plans.
RO hot & cold drinking water
RO drinking water with hot/cold dispensing is available for coworker use, subject to maintenance and supply conditions.
Morning & evening tea/snacks*
Basic tea/snacks may be offered on applicable plans or working days. Premium items, special catering, meetings and bulk refreshments may be chargeable.
Western toilets
Western-style toilet facilities are maintained for coworker and authorised visitor use. Users must observe hygiene and responsible-use rules.
Daily cleaning
Common workspace areas receive routine cleaning. Users remain responsible for keeping their own desk area orderly and removing sensitive material.
Office / local / service assistance
General office assistance, local coordination and service assistance may be available for reasonable business-related requests. Specialist errands, courier, travel or external services may be separately chargeable.
Printer facility
Shared printing may be available. Page limits, colour prints, scanning, binding or high-volume print jobs can carry additional charges.
Day-care support facilities
Day-care support may be arranged or made available where operationally feasible. Capacity, age rules, supervision terms and additional charges must be confirmed before use.
Rainy-day management
Reasonable rainy-day operational measures may include sheltered access guidance, floor-safety measures and local assistance. Travel delays and weather disruption remain outside Voffio control.
Women safety & risk management
Managed entry, CCTV in common areas, staff escalation, incident recording and access control support a safer workplace. Immediate emergencies should always be reported to local emergency services as appropriate.
QR-only coworker entry
Coworker access is permitted only after a valid Voffio QR pass is verified for the correct person, location, validity window and plan. No screenshot, expired, revoked or unverified pass should be accepted.
