Cancellation & Recurring Billing Policy
This policy applies specifically to the USD 19 monthly Website + Hosting SaaS subscription.
Recurring renewal
The subscription renews through PayPal on the recurring billing schedule until cancelled, suspended, expired or otherwise terminated.
How to cancel
Customers can cancel through available PayPal subscription controls or request assistance from Voffio using the registered email and subscription reference. Cancellation should be completed before the next PayPal billing date to prevent a future renewal.
Current billing period
Cancellation normally stops future renewals; it does not automatically reverse a charge for a billing period that has already started. Refund eligibility for a completed charge depends on the service status, applicable law and any specific written commitment for the order.
Failed payments
PayPal may retry failed recurring payments. Voffio may suspend hosted service when subscription payment remains overdue or the PayPal subscription becomes suspended or inactive.
After termination
Hosted access can be disabled after the subscription ends. Customers should keep independent copies of important content and should arrange any approved content/domain transition before service closure. Export or migration work outside the standard plan may be separately chargeable.
No loss of mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
