Website + Hosting SaaS Terms
These terms apply to the Voffio hosted website and hosting subscription. The checkout confirmation, service order and any separately accepted scope form part of the agreement.
1. Subscription service
The standard plan is a hosted software/service arrangement billed at USD 19 per month through PayPal. It is not a sale of Voffio's platform, hosting infrastructure, reusable source code, proprietary templates or third-party licences.
2. Standard scope
The plan covers the hosted website service, standard hosting allocation, responsive platform framework, routine platform maintenance and support within the published plan. Only items expressly listed in the plan or service order are included.
3. Items not automatically included
Domain purchase or renewal, business email, premium themes/plugins/assets, paid APIs, advertising, search-ranking guarantees, custom development, migrations, complex integrations, ecommerce configuration, high-volume storage/traffic or specialist design are separate unless expressly included.
4. Customer content and authority
The customer must provide lawful content, trademarks, images and instructions and confirms it has the rights and authority to use them. The customer remains responsible for business claims, regulated content, privacy notices and legal compliance relating to its own business.
5. Recurring billing
The customer authorises PayPal to bill USD 19 on the applicable monthly cycle until the subscription is cancelled, suspended, expires or otherwise ends. PayPal may apply its own account, funding-source and payment-recovery rules.
6. Availability and maintenance
Voffio will use reasonable efforts to operate the hosted service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance, hosting-provider incidents, internet failures, security events or third-party outages can temporarily affect access.
7. Security and customer accounts
Customers must protect credentials, use strong unique passwords and promptly report suspected compromise. Voffio may apply patches, access controls, backups, traffic limits or security restrictions reasonably required to protect the service.
8. Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, infringing, malicious, hazardous, spam-oriented or prohibited activity. Malware, credential theft, unauthorised scanning, circumvention of controls and resource abuse are prohibited.
9. Support and changes
Support covers the subscribed service scope. New pages, redesigns, custom features, integrations or material content work can be quoted separately. Voffio may update the platform where needed for security, compatibility or service improvement.
10. Customer data and backups
Voffio may maintain operational backups, but the customer should retain independent copies of important business text, media and records. Backup availability is not a substitute for the customer's own business continuity plan.
11. Intellectual property
The customer retains rights in customer-provided content. Voffio and its licensors retain rights in the SaaS platform, reusable code, templates, tools and underlying technology. Any custom ownership transfer must be stated in a separate written agreement.
12. Suspension
Voffio may suspend service for non-payment, security risk, prohibited use, material breach, excessive resource use or legal/compliance requirements. Where appropriate, Voffio may provide a reasonable opportunity to cure a remediable breach.
13. Cancellation and termination
Future renewals can be cancelled in accordance with the SaaS Cancellation & Recurring Billing Policy. When the subscription ends, Voffio may disable hosted access after any applicable transition period. Domain ownership and customer-provided content are handled according to the recorded service scope.
14. Search and marketing outcomes
Voffio can implement reasonable technical SEO foundations where included, but no search-engine position, AI citation, indexation date, lead volume or sales result is guaranteed because external platforms control their own crawling, ranking and presentation systems.
15. Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to applicable law, customers remain responsible for their business operations, content, regulatory duties, third-party services and independent backups.
16. Notices and disputes
Service notices may be sent electronically to the registered contact. Customers should first raise disputes with the Voffio support contact shown on the website, including the subscription reference and relevant evidence.
