Coworking & Virtual Office Terms
These public terms describe the standard operating framework. A booking confirmation, quotation, invoice, service order or signed agreement may contain package-specific terms. Where law requires a different treatment, applicable law prevails.
1. Service scope
Voffio provides flexible coworking access, dedicated desks, team workspace, meeting-related access and eligible virtual-office/address services. The exact service is the one stated in the accepted quotation, booking, invoice or plan.
2. Operating hours
Standard coworking access is Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM unless a specific plan or written approval states otherwise. Public holidays, maintenance, safety events or exceptional operational circumstances may affect availability.
3. QR-only access
All coworker entry is subject to successful QR verification. QR passes are personal, non-transferable and may be limited by location, date, time, seat and entry count. Sharing, copying or using another person's pass is prohibited.
4. Seat allocation
Desk numbers are primarily internal inventory controls. A specific seat is guaranteed only when explicitly allotted. Voffio may move a user to a comparable seat or zone for maintenance, safety or operational reasons.
5. Facilities
Core facilities are described on the Facilities page. Some services - including high-volume printing, special refreshments, meeting setup, external assistance, day-care arrangements or specialist support - may have additional charges.
6. Virtual office and address services
Virtual-office, company-registration-address or GST-registration-address support is subject to location eligibility, KYC/document checks, lawful business activity and the requirements of relevant authorities. Payment does not guarantee approval by any government authority.
7. Acceptable use
Customers must use the premises lawfully, safely and without interfering with other users. Illegal activity, harassment, violence, deliberate damage, unauthorised access, hazardous materials and misuse of networks are prohibited.
8. Liability and service continuity
Voffio will use reasonable efforts to maintain facilities but does not promise uninterrupted electricity, telecom, internet, third-party payment, transport or other external services. Customers should maintain appropriate backups and insurance for their own property and business operations.
